Press Release Body = (Fayetteville, NC) Advanced Internet Technologies, Inc (www.AIT.com) announced today that it has awarded Information Technology Scholarships to two members of the Braxton Bragg chapter of the Association of the US Army (AUSA). The Braxton Bragg chapter is comprised of members from the Fort Bragg/Fayetteville, NC region. One individual retired from active duty last year. The other recipient is scheduled to be released from active duty this summer. Both recipients are using these scholarships to earn Information Technology certifications to begin a new career in the IT field.
AIT is a firm founded by a military veteran, who hired many veterans. About 80% of AIT's employees are veterans. As such, AIT maintains a good relationship with our local soldiers and airmen at Fort Bragg and Pope AFB. This scholarship is part of AIT's continuing commitment to our community and the members of the US Armed Forces. AIT provides individual scholarships up to $2,100. In fact, AIT has provided a total of $100,000 for AUSA scholarships for this fiscal year.
